All facilities carry public parking on site as well is within the vicinity. Due to COVID guidelines parking may be limited and early arrival is encouraged to ensure a quality parking spot. Handicap parking will be accessible.
Yes, all event venues and meeting points for volunteers will be accessible from public transportation and transportation drop off services.

special areas for food truck access will be marked and viewable from afar. We ask all individuals to be responsible and dispose of all trash, containers and/or bagging. Littering will not be tolerated. Administration, security or on site authority will have strict discretion to not allow access or dismiss attendees, sponsors, volunteer or staff from the premises.
All purchases will be valid with surety for the following seasons Festival 2022. You will receive information and details within seven days the scheduled purchase. If there is no 2022 festival within 100 miles of the issued voucher purchase; a full refund will be administered. Proof of purchase is necessary.
The scheduled events carry assumed end times to them based on the specific day, segment and registration. All participants that have purchased tickets and/or passes will receive participation packets via email a full week prior to the scheduled festival. View our HOME page to be navigated to the event details and / or the ticketing page for information relative to your nearest Festival Location.
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. A logo no larger than 4 inches by 4 inches may be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
• One-gallon clear, plastic re-sealable bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the clear plastic bags.
• Exceptions to this policy will be made for diaper bags and all medically necessary items after proper inspection.
Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, cinch bags, and fanny packs that are not clear and/or exceed the size restriction; luggage of any kind; computer bags/cases; camera bags/cases; binocular bags/cases or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Attendees will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the venues in a permissible clear bag, such as binoculars and cameras. Additional clothing is permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.
There are no provisions to check items at the entry gates. Attendees will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their cars before entry or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance.

Youth without a parent, guardian or group are not allowed to be left unattended. Contact mentor@optimumprepusa.org to inquire about mentor availability to assist with your youth. Mentor availability is a first come, first serve offering and not a guarantee.
